Some FAQs to help you:
- How many changes can I do to the template?
- The template will be delivered as is with your logo provided and alternative colour ready for you to upload your text and images. You'll be able to edit the text and images within the site unlimited times.
- Can I change the layout?
- If you'd like to have elements different, that'll be a bespoke package and charged separately. You'll be surprised though at what you can do and update with text and images. You can remove and not use some text and images if you don't want them so you can really personalise your new site
- What if I need help?
- We'll be able to give you a training session online on how to use and edit your site, it is very easy. You can then request help via email. Additional specific support can be added for nominal cost.
- How long will it all take?
- We'll have your new template set up in just a day or two waiting for you to use. If you've asked us to upload your images and text, we'll get those from you so the sooner you can get that to us, the faster it'll be complete. Usually, this can be done wihtin a few days!
- How do we make the site go live?
- Once the new site is ready, you can login to your domain manager and we'll give you what you need to switch the site live, just a change of a setting which is quite easy. If you wish, you can ask us to help if that'll make it easier.
- What about my emails?
- We can take over hosting of your emails as well as the website, not a problem. If not, they can stay where they are and we can just look after your new site
